Brian Mullen

Brian joined One Real Estate Investment in August 2021 as an Associate on the Asset Management team. He currently oversees a portion of the east portfolio of OREI assets totaling +$500 million throughout the Sunbelt region, with over 3,000 units under management. Brian’s responsibilities include underwriting potential acquisition opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, managing and directing property management teams across multiple states, and in-depth asset management of a robust portfolio. In his previous role, Brian worked for a private equity debt fund specializing in the asset management of foreclosed CMBS loans. During his 4 years at Rialto Capital Advisors, Brian facilitated the disposition of +$100 million in commercial real estate spanning across multifamily, student housing, hospitality, retail and office assets in the Midwest and Southeast. Brian received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University.
