Ou Chung is a Vice President of Development at One Real Estate Investment, responsible for the sourcing, financing, and development of new residential projects. Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, Ou worked as a senior associate, performing many aspects of the business, including sourcing, underwriting, researching and acquisition support, development, and capital markets. Ou was previously at CRG, the development arm of Clayco and had before that at Clarion Partners and PGIM Real Estate.
Ou has a dual degree in Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
