Bob Barton is a Senior Vice President of Development at One Real Estate Investment, responsible for the sourcing, financing, development, and construction oversight of new residential projects.
Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, Bob managed and oversaw more than 2,000 units and approximately over $1.3 billion of a total capitalization in residential development and construction over a decade of experience. Bob was previously at CRG, the development arm of Clayco and before that, Mr. Barton worked at CA ventures based in Chicago. Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
