THE ONE AT FAYETTEVILLE

The One at Fayettville will open in the summer of 2023 and is located in the Cumberland County submarket in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The property is situated outside the main gate for Fort Bragg, the largest military instillation in the U.S with more than 50,000 active-duty personnel. The property is located 1.5 miles away from a new 94-acre Amazon distribution center which will create 500 full-time jobs and hundreds of part-time jobs.


The One at Fayettville is situated on 13.9 acres of land, consists of 287,964 leasable square feet, and will provide unmatched amenities, including a fitness and yoga studio, pool, multiple dog parks, pool cabana and sauna, as well as a state-of-the-art golf simulator. The One at Spartanburg will open in the fall of 2023 and is located in the Greenville-Spartanburg MSA. The MSA includes the cities of Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson and has a population of 335,000 which has grown by 17% in the last 10 years. An 8 million square foot BMW manufacturing plant which employs 11,000 people is 15 miles away from the property. The property is also 3.5 miles away from Downtown Spartanburg which offers specialty shops and restaurants and 2.8 miles away from Spartanburg Medical Center which employs over 9,000 people.
