The One at Taylors will open in the Fall of 2027 and is exceptionally located on the north side of Wade Hampton Boulevard, in Taylors, a growing suburb of Greenville, one of South Carolina’s fastest-developing cities. Greenville’s booming economy, supported by industries like advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and technology, attracts professionals and families alike. Residents have access to a diverse array of national and local retailers, specialty shops, and popular dining establishments, offering everything from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. Nearby retail shopping and amenities include Greer Plaza & Taylor Square, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, PetSmart, Kohls, and Hobby Lobby. Accessibility is a key highlight of this location, with easy connections to major thoroughfares like US-29 and I-85, providing easy access to Greenville, Greer, or Spartanburg.

Investment dollars continue to funnel into the Greer economy, with recent announcements for a $1B EV production expansion at the BMW Group Plant, $290M+ in planned expansion efforts through 2028 at GSP International Airport and a $50M expansion at South Carolina’s Inland Port to more than double its capacity. Michelin’s North America headquarters consists of 1,000 employees, multiple factories, a research and development center, and office space, all within a single large campus. In November of 2020, Michelin announced a $100 million expansion in Greenville, SC. BMW Manufacturing, located in neighboring Greer, is a major demand driver (11,000 employees) of the local economy. Since 1992, the BMW Campus has invested more than $12B locally and has produced more than 6 million vehicles (1,500+ vehicles daily). In 2022, BMW announced a $1B expansion for the production of electric vehicles. Prisma Health, the largest healthcare provider in the state, supports the local economy with approximately 28,000 employees across its facilities. Additionally, General Electric’s Gas Turbine Technology Center in Greenville encompasses 413 acres with 1.35 MSF of manufacturing space and employing over 1,000 skilled engineers to develop pioneering turbine technology.

The One at Taylors offers a diverse unit mix of 126 one-bedroom units, 168 two-bedroom units, and 42 three-bedroom units ranging from 827 to 1,254 square feet. Amenities will include a fitness and yoga studio, pool, multiple dog parks, pool cabana and sauna, as well as a state-of-the-art golf simulator.
