The One at Fayetteville will open in the summer of 2023 and is located in the Cumberland County submarket in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The property is situated outside the main gate for Fort Bragg, the largest military instillation in the U.S with more than 50,000 active-duty personnel. The property is located 1.5 miles away from a new 94-acre Amazon distribution center which will create 500 full-time jobs and hundreds of part-time jobs.
