The One at Macon will open in the Fall of 2027 and is exceptionally located on the south side of Riverside Drive and Hall Road in Macon, Georgia. Macon, located in the heart of Middle Georgia, is a major economic and cultural hub with a growing and diverse economy. Positioned at the intersection of Interstates 75 and 16, just 75 minutes south of Atlanta, the city benefits from excellent transportation access, supporting industries like healthcare, education, manufacturing, and logistics. The One at Macon offers a diverse unit mix of 66 one-bedroom units, 156 two-bedroom units, and 42 three-bedroom units ranging from 827 to 1,254 square feet. Amenities will include a fitness and yoga studio, pool, multiple dog parks, pool cabana and sauna.
