Eric Savir has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience in multifamily investment and debt origination, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at One Real Estate Investment. In this role, Eric’s responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting potential acquisition opportunities, overseeing debt placement across the firm’s portfolio, and assisting in capital structuring. Throughout his career, Eric has been involved with the acquisition and recapitalization of over $1.5 billion in multifamily transactions and nearly $6 billion of debt placement.
Savir received his MBA from the University of Florida with a concentration in real estate and marketing. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
