Laith Warraiat is a member of OREI’s Acquisitions team. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and assisting with debt placement of potential acquisition properties. Previously, Laith worked in the structured lending group as part of Deutsche Bank. While there he was responsible for assisting senior lenders in the underwriting of loans to HNWI’s and Private equity firms. Laith earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University.
Since joining OREI, Laith has been involved with the acquisition and recapitalization of over $600 million in multifamily transactions.
