Development Underway for OREI in Ooltewah, Tennessee

Jeronimo Hirschfeld, President, and CEO of One Real Estate Investment (OREI), has announced the groundbreaking of a new development in Ooltewah, Tennessee that will be the future site of a 296-unit apartment community. The One at Ooltewah will be the seventh project in OREI’s garden style apartment portfolio to be built from the ground up.

The new development will feature stylish one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across multiple floorplan layouts that aim to elevate the Ooltewah living experience. The community will provide unmatched amenities, including a fitness and yoga studio, pool, dog park, pool cabana and a sauna. Construction is anticipated to begin in June 2025.

 
The One at Ooltewah will open in the Fall of 2026 and is located in the Ooltewah submarket of the Chattanooga, TN MSA with excellent Interstate exposure and access. The site is located along I-75 at Exit 11, which serves as the fastest growing area in Hamilton County. The area features many shopping centers, highly ranked schools, and easy access to major employment nodes across the metro. Also, Amazon and Volkswagen have a strong presence in the submarket. Collectively, these companies employ close to 6,000 people in the area. New commercial developments in immediate proximity include Publix, Walmart, Medical, Assisted Living, Hospitality, Restaurants and Mixed-Use Commercial. Chattanooga was recently ranked number one for Employment Outlook by Forbes magazine, in part due to its proximity to the high growth metros of Atlanta and Nashville.
