Luca Victoria is a Senior Associate at One Real Estate Investment, where he is involved in the asset management and strategic oversight of the firm’s multifamily portfolio. His responsibilities include financial analysis, budget and business plan execution, capital expenditure oversight, and coordination with property management teams, lenders, and third-party consultants to drive operational performance and value creation.
Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, Luca worked in multifamily investment sales and capital markets at JLL Capital Markets, where he advised owners, developers, and institutional investors on the disposition and capitalization of multifamily, single-family rental, build-to-rent, and development assets across the Southeast and broader U.S. During his tenure, he was responsible for underwriting transactions, preparing offering memoranda, managing due diligence processes, and supporting deal execution from launch through closing.
Earlier in his career, Luca worked on the principal side with a Miami-based family office, where he focused on acquisitions, asset management, and development underwriting. In that role, he developed complex financial models, evaluated acquisition and development opportunities, oversaw capital budgets for value-add multifamily assets, and collaborated with brokers, lenders, equity partners, and technical consultants throughout the diligence and investment committee process.
Luca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Miami and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
