NEW DEVELOPMENTS: OREI ANNOUNCES GROUNDBREAKING OF 264-UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA

Fayetteville, North Carolina – Jeronimo Hirschfeld, President, and CEO of One Real Estate Investment (OREI), has announced the groundbreaking of a 264-unit apartment community in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The One at Fayetteville marks the expansion of OREI’s development projects after the completion this year of Strata Wynwood, a mixed-use development with 256 residential units, 60,000 square feet of office space, and 30,000 square feet of retail in Wynwood, Miami.

Opening Summer of 2023, The One at Fayetteville will offer stylish one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across multiple floorplan layouts that aim to elevate the Fayetteville living experience. The community will provide unmatched amenities, including a fitness and yoga studio, pool, multiple dog parks, pool cabana and sauna, as well as a state-of-the-art golf simulator. The property is perfectly situated outside the main gate for Fort Bragg and across the street from the new Amazon distribution center, offering an ideal location for incoming residents.

This development is the first in OREI’s garden style apartment portfolio to be built from the ground up. By securing a construction loan from Truist and fostering a strategic partnership with a builder from North Carolina, the team is anticipating the project to deliver in approximately 12 months.
