Jim serves as OREI’s Director of Construction, and is responsible for overseeing all new multi-family construction projects. Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, he spent the last 13 years representing nationally recognized companies that specialize in multi-family, student housing, retail, commercial offices, and senior care construction. Jim has been responsible for overseeing as many as 43 superintendents at one time, as well as brings additional knowledge from owning his own construction company. Jim brings over 30 years of construction experience and prides himself on well-built projects that deliver on time and on budget.
