Christina Walker is the Director of Development – Leasing and Marketing at One Real Estate Investment, where she collaborates closely with teams to make sure each development meets its business and occupancy goals. Acting as the bridge between construction and management, Christina brings her strategic insight and firsthand experience to help streamline operations, drive revenue, and uphold the quality standards that One Real Estate Investment is known for.
With over 10 years of experience in multifamily operations, she has built a solid reputation for leading strong teams and delivering results. Before joining One Real Estate Investment, Christina was a Senior Regional Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners, where she oversaw an area manager and portfolio of more than 2,500 units. During that time, she earned multiple awards, including the Rising Star award as a Community Manager and Regional Manager of the Year.
She holds a B.A. in History from Fayetteville State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and is a licensed broker in North Carolina. She also earned her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association.
