Andrew Socarras is an Asset Management Associate at One Real Estate Investment, responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and overseeing property management teams. He currently oversees a portion of the West portfolio of OREI assets totaling $250+ million throughout the Sunbelt region, with over 2,500 units under management.
Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, Andrew worked at a private equity real estate firm where he was involved in the asset management and capital markets of a $700+ million portfolio. Andrew received a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami and a BS in Finance with concentrations in Accounting and Economics from Nova Southeastern University.
