Joel Hubert is a Vice President of Asset Management at One Real Estate Investment and is responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, investor reporting, due diligence, and directing property management teams. He currently oversees a portion of the East portfolio of OREI assets.
Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, Joel was at Merrimac Ventures where he was responsible for underwriting new development opportunities and played a key role in the asset management and analytics of the firm’s $3+ billion portfolio. Joel was previously a Senior Underwriter at a national real estate services and lending firm, where he negotiated and structured more than $600 million in commercial real estate financings.
Joel holds a BS in Accounting from CUNY Queens College and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
