Juan Camilo Mogollon

Juan leads the Investments team, responsible for underwriting, capital structure, and portfolio strategy across OREI’s development and value-add platforms. He works directly with the CEO on fundraising initiatives and leads investor relations for development transactions.

Juan also supports the CFO and development team on land acquisition diligence, deal structuring, lender execution, portfolio reporting, and disciplined exit planning.
