Juan Camilo Mogollon

Juan Camilo Mogollon serves as a Senior Associate on the Business Development team at One Real Estate Investments (OREI), where he is responsible for equity capital formation efforts, managing investor relationships, and driving strategic partnerships across development and value-add multifamily projects.

Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, Juan was at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) where he led deal sourcing, diligence, and execution. Prior to NEA, Juan was an investment banker at Evercore, in New York, where he worked on M&A transactions and capital raises for global clients. Previously, he spent time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Marbella Interests. Juan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
