Karen in her role as a portfolio management controller is responsible for overseeing the accounting of the company’s real estate assets and managing the financial operations of the company’s development and construction division. Prior to joining OREI, Karen worked as a project controller at Terra Group, where she was assigned to oversee an estimated $4.0 billion real estate development in the south Florida area. Before joining Terra, Karen spent more than 7 years in the construction industry as a senior project account. Her expertise in accounting and real estate is enhanced by her comprehensive knowledge, strategic approach, and commitment to excellence.
Mrs. Blanchard graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from Universidad Iberoamericana in Dominican Republic with a minor in Accounting.
