Matthew Henkel

Matthew Henkel joined One Real Estate Investment as an Asset Management Analyst. He is responsible for supporting the asset management of OREI’s East portfolio assets, assisting with underwriting, financial modeling, investor reporting, due diligence, and overseeing property management teams.

Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, Matthew was a Senior Analyst at Rialto Capital Advisors working within their CMBS Special Servicing Performing Group. He was responsible for evaluating the viability of changes to Loan collateral for all property types throughout the U.S. involving leases, property management changes, equity transfers, assumptions, reserve disbursements, budgets, cash management, and material alterations. His role involved interpreting Loan Document language, collaborating with legal counsel, and negotiating with Borrowers.

Matthew earned his Master of Science in Real Estate and his Cum Laude Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
