Michael Ramirez is the Construction & Development Manager at One Real Estate Investment and is responsible for assisting in the overall performance of all new multifamily projects throughout the development portfolio.
Prior to joining One Real Estate Investment, Michael was the Development Manager at Tricera Capital, where he managed and oversaw various retail and office projects within Tricera’s portfolio. Prior to Tricera Capital, Michael was the Development Associate at MasGroup + AJP Ventures, a boutique commercial real estate development firm, where he focused on assisting the development team in preparing feasibility and market studies, participating in the community outreach and entitlement process, and construction management.
Michael was born and raised in Miami, FL. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida International University along with a master’s degree in Real Estate Development + Urbanism from the University of Miami.
