Michael is the General Counsel for OREI. In this role, he is responsible for all legal matters and risk management for the Company. With more than 20 years of expertise in real estate acquisition, joint venture structuring, finance, entitlement, development, construction and planned communities, Michael is instrumental in safeguarding the company’s interests while facilitating its strategic growth. Michael earned an LLM degree in securities and financial regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center, an LLM degree in real property development from the University of Miami School of Law, a JD from Capital University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University. He is admitted to the Bar of the States of Florida and New Jersey.
