Nikolaos is an Analyst on the Asset Management team at One Real Estate Investment (OREI) and is responsible for supporting the management of OREI’s portfolio assets, assisting with underwriting, financial modeling, investor reporting, due diligence, and overseeing property management teams.
Prior to joining OREI, Nikolaos gained diverse real estate investment experience through roles in Alternative Investments at InterVest Capital Partners (formerly Wafra) in New York, Industrial Acquisitions and Asset Management at Bay Street Capital in Miami, and Retail and Office Acquisitions and Asset Management at Torose Equities, also in Miami.
Nikolaos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Miami.
