Noah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Global Marketing from Purdue University. With hands-on experience in the construction and real estate industry, Noah completed two summer internships with a $15 billion global real estate development company specializing in student living. Additionally, Noah brings four years of experience as a member of the Carpenters Union, where they developed a strong foundation in construction practices.

Now serving as an on-site superintendent for One Real Estate Investment Construction, Noah focuses on building and maintaining subcontractor relationships, ensuring project schedules are met, and delivering timely turnover of projects. Their dedication to efficient project management and collaborative teamwork drives the success of each development, contributing to the company’s mission of excellence in real estate investment and construction.
