ONE REAL ESTATE CO-DEVELOPER ON WYNWOOD SQUARE 12TH FLOOR PROJECT

Miami, FL – Wynwood Square, a 12-floor mixed use development featuring 257 apartments, 60,000 square feet of office space and 35,000 sf of retail. The project broke ground in September 2019 and achieved completion of all 12 floors as of mid-May.

One Real Estate Investment, a Miami-based real estate firm, is a co-developer and General Partner on the project. The firm’s President and CEO, Jeronimo Hirschfeld, acquired the land in 2015, before partnering with CIM Group. One Real Estate Investment focuses on the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties throughout the Southeast and Texas.“Construction has maintained an excellent pace” Hirschfeld stated, “With completion of the 12th floor, we look forward to continuing the project and seeing Wynwood Square come to life!”The property is expected to be completed by Mid-2021.
