Ruben Perez-Romo

Ruben Perez-Romo leads One Real Estate Investment’s equity capital formation initiatives, strategically building investor relationships and tailoring capital solutions to support the firm’s expanding property portfolio. With more than 30 years of experience, Ruben brings extensive expertise from a career that spans private banking, corporate finance, and entrepreneurial ventures, ensuring OREI’s goals align with investor needs and foster sustainable, value-driven partnerships.

Ruben began his career in London with Banco Santander and progressed through senior roles, including Head of Trade Finance, Head of Large Corporates, and Head of Credit Markets. He also launched and led the bank’s Houston office, building it into a regional leader with a focus on offshore relationships.

Mr. Perez-Romo received a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Sussex.
